This modern two bedroom, two bathroom split level penthouse apartment is centrally located within walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. High Wycombe train station is a two minute walk away with trains to London and Oxford. The Rye, a 53 acre public park is a minutes’ walk away and has two children’s playgrounds, an open air swimming pool, gym and tennis court. The apartment is perfectly located and is a great place for couples, business travellers, families and friends.

The space

The apartment is split over the second and third floors and can be accessed via stairs or lift. You will have sole use of the apartment during your stay. On the lower level of the apartment are the master bedroom with en-suite, second bedroom and family bathroom. There is a balcony which can be accessed by both bedrooms. The upper floor of the apartment is accessed via one flight of stairs and is one large open plan space, with the kitchen, dining area and living area. There is a second balcony here with incredible views of the town.

Both bedrooms have king size beds as well as wardrobes with hanging space and bedside tables with drawers. The sofa bed is in the living room and has all the bedding and linen stored inside it, already made up ready for use. The apartment can sleep a total of 6 people.

There is a large flat screen smart TV (Netflix, YouTube etc.), dining table and 6 chairs. The kitchen has a full height fridge/freezer, microwave, electric hob, oven, slimline dishwasher, toaster and kettle. All pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, glassware etc. are provided so that you can cook should you wish. (There are plenty of takeaways available in High Wycombe on Just Eat, Deliveroo and Uber Eats should you prefer!) There is a washing machine and clothes drying rack in the hallway cupboard as well as an iron and full size ironing board for any crumpled and creased clothes. The main bathroom has a power shower over the bath and the en-suite has a walk-in rain shower.

There is a secure gated parking for one car underneath the building. The apartment can be accessed via lift from the car park.

Guest access

The apartment is a self check-in. You will be emailed with detailed instructions on where to park, how to access the building and how to get the keys to your apartment from the lock box. You will have our contact number and email in the event of any queries or issues checking in.

Other things to note

This is a non-smoking apartment in an entirely residential building. Noise restrictions apply after 10pm. Please leave the apartment clean and tidy as you found it. If you accidentally break or damage anything, please let us know straight away. If you spill things please wipe them up and please dispose of your own rubbish and food before you depart. The communal bins are located in the car park to the rear of the building. Thank you!

We can provide a baby high chair, baby cutlery, baby books and toys and travel cot if required. This is subject to availability and would need to be requested at the time of booking please. There is an additional fee of £50.00 for this.

Check-in is from 3pm. Check-out is by 11am.
